Personal Narrative: I M On A Rollercoaster Essay

Augustus Waters from The Fault in Our Stars once spoke, “I’m on a rollercoaster that only goes up my friend. ” At one point in my life, I found this quote to be totally insignificant. Now that I look back on my teenage years, I see it. The rollercoaster only went up from the point I opened my big, fat, attitude infested, mouth to my step-mother, Verona. The take off was bumpy, as well the entire rest of the journey up. Though it did eventually come down, not only going up. I came down an entirely different person and didn’t have to think of life as a fictional roller coaster to stay happy.

All of the memories and feelings captured in each moment are embedded in my mind, never to be forgotten. As a teenager we all tend to almost always be incredibly indecisive. Being one of the well known girls I found myself in many situations where I could dive deep into the delinquent reputation I already had and make it official; actually become what everyone around me labeled me as. I was a very stubborn girl with soft features yet hard expressions constantly. The amount of imbecility around me tended to always put me in horrible moods.

On this particular day I had no idea that my horrible mood would result in the complete flip of my life, my rollercoaster ride only beginning I was just getting out of the locker room after gym and was putting my stuff into my hot pink duffle bag. Suddenly, I was slammed back into the bright blue lockers with someone’s hands pressing me back by my shoulders. I didn’t bother opening my eyes. I just leaned my head back and scowled instantly. Trinity Owens was, for some unknown reason, obsessed with my player of a best friend, Noah Mages. With her obsession came incessant contact with him and everyone close to him which was basically just me.

This girl was a 5150, honestly. Toriginally had no problem with her. I thought she was a nice girl! The weekend prior to the death-locker incident I had been to a party with Noah and we had been dancing in the living room with everyone else. Saying she didn’t like hearing this during her routine Monday Gossip would be a major understatement. “You pathetic little girl! ” She seethed. Did I mention she was a senior, two grades ahead of Noah and I? My lips rolled into my mouth before they popped back out and into place. | slid my hands up and pushed her back away from me, my blood boiling.

This resulted in her tripping and falling over the bench placed between the rows of lockers. “Leave me alone. I’m not with Noah. If Noah or myself hear one more annoying thing, I’m going to loose it. I will be the crazed girl pushing you up against a locker. ” She stays with her butt and hands firmly planted on the floor while her legs are propped on the bench, up in the air. I smile at the girls who ha ne girls who had surrounded the scene before I walked out. I met with Noah in the break area and got a ride home with him after a day of constant stares, none from Trinity though.

I felt a small bit of triumph from realizing she had took my threat seriously. I placed my hands on the hood without thinking about the fact that it was one billion degrees outside. I retracted my hand faster than lightning and glared at Noah who was laughing as he unlocked the jeep. “I heard you and three other girls jumped Trinity in the locker. Then, I heard you took out Trinity as well as five other girls with just your lunch box. ” “I don’t even have a freaking lunch box. ” | said while looking down at my appearance. Noah just breathily laughed. “Hey, you could’ve used someone else’s. I rolled my eyes before looking forward at the roads and the mountains surrounding our town.

It was as hot as hell down here, but colder than a well diggers butt up on the mountains, how tragic. My bad mood came back shortly after Noah had dropped me off. I had come home to an argument in the kitchen. I had three half siblings and three step-siblings from my father’s marriage to Verona Luxington. Everyone in the family had taken her last name at the wedding, even my dad. ‘She was just so famous and like, everyone needed to know about the name Luxington! According to my step-sister, Melanie.
