Every thing will have its contester, in one form or another. For examples, Mcdonalds contesters will be Burger kings, Wendy’s, and so on. Nike contesters will be Adidas, or Puma. Lamborghini contesters will be a Ferrari, and Porsche. They are all similar in some way, but yet they are all competing against one another. Maybe for the sales, maybe for building the fastest cars, the number one spot, and ultimately fighting to become the best. All of this competition will lead to many discussions like who are the best, which one is better, and which one is fastest.

When child argues with their friends about superheroes, they often favor the superhero they like and argue how he/she is the best. The true is, all superheroes are similar in some way, and they all have strengths and weaknesses. In this discussion, it will almost like a child arguing about superheroes, but it will be about a more realistic kind of superheroes. It will be about United States elite military forces Navy Seals versus Green Berets, they are almost like superheroes in real life. In this discussion, we will not argue about which groups are better. Instead, we will talk about the similarities and differences between both groups.

Navy Seal are United States elite maritime military force, Seal stand for sea, air, and land team. Seals are Navy’s special operating unite, like their name they operate in all environments(sea, air, land). They are also know as frogman. They conduct mission like unconventional warfare, foreign internal defense, direct action, counterterrorism, and special reconnaissance. Navy Seals didn’t started out to be Navy Seals. It started in World War Two, where Naval Combat Demolition units were created to clear path of obstacles, and gather Intel on enemies location.

In 1943, it evolved to the Underwater Demolition team. In 1962, Navy Seal was created by President John F. Kennedy to conduct unconventional warfare. Navy Seal have one of the most brutal military training in the world, one of the most famous training is called “Hell Week”. In that week, you will be staying up 5 day with less than total of 4 hours of sleep, also will be doing thousand of push-up, sit-up, or carry a boat on your head. Green Berets are United States Army special forces, they are expert at languages, culture, diplomacy, psychological warfare, and disinformation.

Army special forces started all the way back with the Confederate Civil War, which they win local population support. They were first called the Office of Special Services, where they train and support local resistance, also conduct guerrilla warfare in World War Two. In 1961, President John F. Kennedy made Green Berets official of Army Special Forces. What set Green Berets from the rest of the special operations community is the ability to work closely with America’s military allies to train them and assist them in missions, and also are expert in languages.

Why are they similar? Navy Seal and Green Berets are both elite special operation forces of the United States military. Both groups conduct unconventional warfare, special reconnaissance, special reconnaissance, direct action, and counterterrorism. Both groups have huge successes in World War Two, and Vietnam War. Their Training is long and brutal, often cold and in mud. Both groups will finish the mission, no matter what it takes. They are all physically and mentally tough, with never quit mentality.

They are both experts warfighters, and will get the job done no matter what What is the difference between them? Navy Seal are with the United States Navy, while Green Berets are with the United States Army. Their Motto is different Navy Seal motto is ” The Only Easy Day Was Yesterday”, while the Green Berets motto is ” De Oppresso Liber”. Navy Seal more experts in water, while Green Berets are more experts in land. Navy Seal will get in behind the enemy line conduct operation and get out, while Green Berets will stay behind enemies’ line to ather Intel, and win local supports.

In conclusion, everything have it contesters, in one form or another. All of this competition will lead to many discussions, rather about which one is better or who is the best. Like child argue about which superhero they favorite are the best, in this discussion we discussed about a more realistic superhero. Navy Seal and Green Berets are super heroes like because of what they are capable of doing, and the things they do.

Navy Seal and Green Berets were both approved by President John K. Kennedy, Green Berets were official in 1961, while Navy Seal were founded in 1962. Both Group has a lot of similarities, yet they are different. Both group were in World War Two, and the Vietnam War. They are United States elite military forces, one from the Naw, while the other from the Army. Both groups will finish the mission, no matter what it takes. They are all physically and mentally tough, with never quit mentality. In the end, you realize you don’t have to compare the two because both forces have their own place in our military, and have their own mission to conduct.
