As for legalizing marijuana and the message it sends to kids, I believe that kids always want to do things that are illegal and once it becomes legal it isnt as fun because anyone can do it.

Dependence means that the person may think that they are so sick that they cant live without marijuana. Marijuana disrupts the nerve cells in the part of the brain where memories are forms. Some studies show that when people have smoked large amounts of marijuana for years the drug takes its toll on mental functions. Marijuana should really be legal because it is medically beneficial to people. Marijuana helps relieve aches and pains. It helps people with Aids get over being nauseous, and suffering from server pains.
