Soon after seeing the conditions Michael was living in, Leigh Ann, decided to bring the neglected young man home to stay with them while we got back up on his feet. Little did either of them know the impact they had on one another. In 2004 the Tuohy’s decided to adopt Michael and officially call him their son. Aside from giving him a warm place to sleep, and a family that loved him, the Tuohy’s gave Michael every tool he needed to become successful.
